Tracking Your Order or Booking
Version: v1.0
Last Updated: June 6, 2026
Follow your active orders and bookings from confirmation to completion, understand the delivery or handoff steps, and find your receipts and history.
For parcel delivery, use the dedicated parcel guides:
Where to find active items
Open:
- Orders for restaurant, shop, and second-hand purchases
- Bookings for hotel, rental, and services bookings
Active items appear first. Completed and cancelled items move to history.

Restaurant and shop delivery tracking
Open an active order to see:
- the current status
- rider dispatch updates once the order is out for delivery
- map/ETA details where available
- the handoff step when delivery reaches you
Typical statuses include:
- accepted
- being prepared
- ready
- rider assigned / on the way
- delivered
Delivery confirmation
Not every delivery flow works exactly the same way, but many delivery orders use a confirmation PIN or an in-app confirmation step at handoff.
General rule:
- Wait until the order or booked delivery item is actually being handed over
- Review the prompt shown on your tracking page
- Share or confirm the code only at the real handoff
Do not share a confirmation PIN early.

Customer pickup
For pickup orders:
- Wait for the item to reach the ready for pickup state
- Go to the partner location
- Follow the pickup instructions shown in the order
- If payment is due at pickup, pay there
- The pickup is confirmed in the app or by the partner
Some pickup flows use only the order reference and name. Others may use a confirmation step in the app.
Hotel booking tracking
Hotel bookings focus on booking readiness rather than delivery movement.
Open the booking to review:
- your booking reference
- dates
- room type
- readiness / check-in state
- any payment or balance reminders
Bring your booking reference and any required ID at check-in.
Rental booking tracking
Rental bookings can behave differently depending on the fulfillment method.
For delivery-mode rentals, tracking can include:
- dispatch progress
- rider movement where available
- outbound handoff
- later return/collection milestones
For pickup-mode rentals, the booking shows the collection details instead of a delivery route.
Rental bookings may also include deposit-related details in the booking summary.
Services booking tracking
Services bookings focus on appointment progress rather than rider tracking.
Typical states include:
- accepted
- scheduled
- in progress
- completed
If a service allows rescheduling or requires partner confirmation, those actions appear on the booking detail.
Second-hand tracking
Second-hand purchases are tracked in the same Orders area, but the flow differs from a restaurant/shop order.
You may see steps such as:
- seller preparing item
- ready for dispatch
- rider pickup from seller
- delivery to buyer
- buyer confirmation
Because second-hand items are case-specific, support and dispute handling may rely more heavily on the detail page and evidence you provide.
History, receipts, and details
Completed orders and bookings remain in your history. Open any record to review:
- what you bought or booked
- the partner details
- the payment method
- totals and any discounts
- receipts and downloadable documents where available

When to use the parcel tracking pages instead
Use the dedicated parcel pages when:
- you are the sender of a parcel request
- you are the linked recipient of a parcel request
Parcel delivery has separate sender/recipient flows, confirmation behavior, and return-to-sender states that are not covered by the general orders/bookings screens.
